This is a simple R program I wrote that shortens the names of columns in a data-frame. When working with large datasets from the worldbank, I found that many of their column names, while descriptive, were annoying long, This shortens each column name according to a length determined by the user .

This is a R function which executes the 2005 Henderson and Ullah non-parametric random effects estimator. As a caution, I have not finished testing it, and it should be considered in draft form.

The main function here is used to complete a semi-parametric (univariate non-parametric with linear controls) kernel density regression for panel data in a random effects model.
